Married to a successful entrepreneur and living in the Barrie area for 30 years, Sharon demonstrates professional ethics and honesty as she helps business owners build their capabilities, processes and people.

As a Certified Workplace Investigator and active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association, Sharon also holds certificates in HR Management and Executive Leadership from York and Queen's Universities.

Kirk provides consultive support to clients with recruitment, employee relations, mediation, performance management and workplace investigations.
Recently receiving a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen's University, he is currently working towards a Qualified Mediator designation and Human Resource Professional certification.
